Uplands Golf & Ski

Whether you’re golfing or skiing, you’ll want to visit the slopes of Uplands Golf & Ski. GolfNorth, which operates 31 golf courses in Canada, recently took over operations of the club. Uplands Golf & Ski is ideal for beginning skiers and snowboarders. It’s a great place for children and adults alike to take lessons from knowledgeable staff members, and all ski instructors are certified. There is a drop of more than 100 feet, with slopes both big and small.

The nine holes of golf go back and forth over a valley. The course boasts a treasure of mature trees. Unique holes include No. 4 and No. 8. The fourth hole is a par-3, and you’re dealing with a ravine in front of the green, a sand trap to the left of the green, and trees behind. The eighth hole is narrow, with trees and a stream along the left side of the fairway. The green is 15 feet higher than the fairway. Good luck!
